You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. This cost is approximately €7.25 per package; for exact rates, consult your carrier’s website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@revinrecords.scrolla.io. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Our new products are shipped sealed. This original seal must remain on it to take advantage of the above right.

Occasionally you may wish to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product after all, or perhaps there is some other reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Product exchange?

Would you like to exchange your product? That’s not a problem at all. You can contact info@revinrecords.scrolla.io for this purpose. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.”

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? If so, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then still try to change the order for you.
