RevinRecords VOF cares deeply about your privacy. Your information will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and services provided by RevinRecords VOF. The start date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 16/11/2022, with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions are revoked. Web shop software

MyWebstore
Our webshop was developed using the software of MijnWebwinkel also called MyOnlineStore. Personal data collected using our website and services is shared with MyOnlineStore. MyOnlineStore needs access to this data to provide (technical) support. They will not use this data for any other purpose. MyOnlineStore has an obligation, based on the agreement we have with them, to take the necessary precautions and security measures for your personal data. MyOnlineStore uses cookies to collect technical information about the use of the software. No personal data is collected and/or stored. MyOnlineStore reserves the right to share internal portions of collected data to improve its own services.

 

E-mail and mailing lists

SendinBlue
We use the email services of SendinBlue, a third party that facilitates our email traffic on our website and any newsletters. Every confirmation email you receive from our website is sent from SendinBlue’s servers. SendinBlue will not use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every automated email sent from our website, you will find an “unsubscribe” link. If you click on this link, you will no longer receive automated emails from our website, please note that this may significantly affect the functionality of our website. Your personal information is securely stored, transmitted and locked by SendinBlue. SendinBlue uses cookies and other Internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. SendinBlue also collects information about you as a recipient and the subjects of these emails for the purpose of improving the quality of their service, this data is kept for 30 days. My web host
For our regular business e-mail, we use My Web Host’s e-mail services. This party has taken technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss or corruption of your data. My web host does not have access to our mailbox and we treat our e-mail traffic confidentially.

 

Payment Processors

Mollie
For closing and processing (part of) our payments in our webshop, we use the payment provider Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and city information. They also process payment information such as your bank account number or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your personal (anonymized) information to further improve its services and, within this framework, share it with third parties. All aforementioned guarantees related to the protection of your personal data also apply to any Mollie service that uses third parties. Mollie does not retain your data beyond the time periods permitted by appropriate legal grounds.

DHL
When you order from us, it is our responsibility to get your order successfully delivered to you. For delivery, we use the services of DHL.
