Produced by Christopher Neil, the album ranged from the hyperkinetic new wave-infused āMachineryā via the smooth west coast yacht rock of āThere When I Needed Youā to classic, Streisand-style balladry on the top 20 AC hit āI Wouldnāt Beg For Water.ā It also included one of the earliest recordings of the classic āWind Beneath My Wingsā.
