Frequently Asked Questions

Orders (CDs) with a delivery address in the Netherlands will be shipped as soon as possible. When a product is in stock, we ship the order immediately. If a product has a longer delivery time, they will be resent without additional shipping costs.

Did you order multiple vinyl products? Then we will ship the order when it is complete. This is due to the higher shipping costs for vinyl (is shipped by parcel).

The delivery times given are always an indication. Of course, it is possible that it may end up taking a little longer for an order to arrive

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order within seven days at no charge.

As a consumer, you are entitled to return the delivered goods, if unused and unopened, within eight days of delivery. Returns must be sent in the original packaging, undamaged and with sufficient postage. You must notify us in advance of your return via email: info@revinrecords.scrolla.io
